What payment methods do to you accept?

We accept the following payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal

My credit/debit card does not go through. what now?

Your credit card could be refused due to the following reasons:

  • The card may have expired. You will need to ensure that your card is currently valid.
  • Some of the CC information may have been filled out incorrectly. Make sure all required fields have been filled out and are correct.
  • You may have reached your credit limit. In this case, you will need to contact your bank to confirm you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.

Can I use more than 1 form of payment?

No, you can only use 1 form of payment per order.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on the website?

Yep! The data is transmitted via SSL encryption. All payments with credit and debit cards require the customer to input the CVV (Card Verification Value). This is a code printed on your card that serves as a security measure when making electronic commerce transactions.

I want to cancel my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately and we can check to see what the status of your order is.

Can I remove items from my order?

We are unable to edit the content of the order once it has been placed. However, if you have any concerns, please contact our customer service team and they will do their best to assist you.

My personal details are incorrect after I placed my order, help!

If you notice your personal details are incorrect once you have placed your order, please contact our customer service team immediately.

How long can I keep items in my cart?

Products in your shopping cart will be cleared when your session expires. Unfortunately, if the order is not confirmed within one hour of the item being placed into the cart, we cannot guarantee the item(s) will still be available when the order is placed. Order, quickly!

Can I return my order?

We are fairly sure that you’ll fall in love with our garments, but yes returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase.

When will my order ship out?

We ask for 1-2 business days for our team to pack & ship your full order.

Orders placed for before 2:00 pm est will ship that evening, order volume permitting. Orders placed after 3:00 pm est on Friday—or over the weekend—will ship on Monday. If you want to double-check on your order status, send us a note at  info@zenpulse.com

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order with your tracking number. 

How can I track my order?

Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your account. Go to USPS.com or FedEx.com (depending on your carrier) and place the tracking number in the Tracking search field. We strive to ship your order out within 1-2 business days, but please allow time for the carrier websites to update with current information. This could take a few hours.

Can I upgrade my shipping after my order has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping method.

Does ZENPULSE ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the US.

Promotions & Discounts

What are ZENPULSE promo codes?

ZENPULSE promo codes are codes that can be applied to your order to receive a discount. These can range from free shipping to merchandise discounts.

Where can I get ZENPULSE promo codes?

ZENPULSE promo codes can be found in our newsletters. By subscribing to our newsletter, we will periodically email you our offers and promo codes. Please refer to the terms and conditions of our promo codes, as they will vary. Promo codes found on money saving websites such as promo sites or forums are not endorsed by ZENPULSE and are outside of our control. They may be invalid or expired. We, therefore, cannot authorize discounts under these circumstances.

Why isn't my discount code working?

The trouble with discount codes is usually caused by expiration dates or what’s in your shopping cart. Our system will always recognize valid promo codes. Therefore, if the discount has not been deducted from your order, the code was incorrectly entered. Promo codes can only be redeemed during the placement of orders and cannot be applied or amended once the order has been placed. Please double check if the code you received has any restrictions, like a price hurdle or expiration date.

How do I add a discount or promotion code?

You can add it to your order when moving through the checkout process. You will see a box on the confirmation page where you can enter your promo code. Enter the code and your total will reflect the new amount.

Our website allows one discount code per order. If you have multiple discounts, save one for your next order or send it to a friend. Doing things is better together.

Discount codes are only applicable to “discountable” items. Exclusions include Gift Certificate, third part merchandise, and other items.

How do promotion codes affect my return?

If you decide to return items that have a discount applied to the whole order, the amount refunded will be subject to the minimum spend of the promo. This means that if the items returned to bring the new order total below the minimum spend necessary to use the promo, the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund. Discounts and discount thresholds exclude postage and packaging. If the original order was returned and you would like to reorder another size, we cannot reissue a promo code or deduct the discount from your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please return each item looking new, with tags still intact. Sure trying it on is fine, taking the dog for a walk and grab a coffee, not so cool.

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Merchandise received as a gift may be returned for a full refund in the form of an online coupon.

We are committed to providing apparel that lasts. If your product fails to perform or is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it or work with you on another solution. All replacements are at the discretion of our team.

All items marked as Final are non-returnable.

How do I start a return or an exchange?

To start a return, please email us at info@zenpulse.com with your order number, item number and reason for return.

Use the provided return shipping label to send back your order by affixing the label to the outside of the box. You must clearly circle the items being returned on the packing slip found in the box.

How long does a return or an exchange take to process?

We will process the return as soon as possible, but it can take up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

Any items not eligible for return or exchange?

We do not accept back any items marked as “final sale” or return or exchange.


Where do you manufacture your gear?

We manufacture our garments in the USA. To select our stateside and overseas partners, we prioritize quality, compliance with worker’s safety, fair wages and benefits, and dedication to minimizing environmental impacts.
